How do I return my order?

To return one or more items, you have 15 days (from the date of receipt). The item must not have been worn, washed or worn, washed or damaged. Please note that items from which the label has been detached cannot be returned.

What is the procedure for returning my products?

How does the reimbursement take place?

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, you will then be automatically refunded the amount of the item by bank transfer within a few days. We reserve the right to refuse the return of your order if the conditions are not respected.

Can I make an exchange?

We do not offer exchanges directly on our eshop. If you wish to exchange the size of an item or another color, we invite you to make a return and inform us by email

Delivery & Parcel Tracking

What are the delivery times and methods?

Delivery times are between 24 and 48 hours after receipt of payment. Orders are delivered within a maximum period of 2-3 working days for delivery in mainland France and 12 working days for international delivery. We offer two types of delivery: At home or at a Relay Point, delivered without signature or delivered against signature.

How do I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the tracking number of your package. You will be informed of each step throughout the delivery of your package. You can also find your tracking number directly in your personal space.

Who is responsible for deliveries?

Deliveries are ensured by the services of Colissimo postal service and GLS from Monday to Friday.

Which country do we deliver to?

We deliver your orders throughout mainland France and to the following European Union countries:
- Germany
- Austria
- Belgium
- Spain
- Italy
- The Netherlands
- Portugal
- UK
Depending on the country in which you are located, delivery costs and other costs may vary:
- North and South America
- Asia
- Africa
- Oceania.

Order & Payment

What are the payment options available ?

You can pay for your order placed on our eshop in two ways:
- By bank card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express) via the secure platform of our partner MONETICO of the CIC-Crédit Mutuel banking group
- Via Paypal by logging into your account at the time of payment
- By means of a reduction code to enter in the dedicated fields.

Are the transactions secure?

The data recorded and kept by the site is secure and constitutes proof of the order and all past sales. The data recorded by MONETICO is secure and constitutes proof of any financial transaction between the customer and our eshop.

Do I have to pay taxes and/or customs fees?

Customs fees and other taxes are not included in the price paid by the customer. These costs must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier.

Where can I find my invoices?

Invoices for your orders are available in the “My account” section of our eshop.

Product & Stock

My part seems defective?

Despite the quality control carried out before each order shipment, the defect in this item has clearly escaped our attention. In order to resolve any problem of receiving a defective item as quickly as possible, we invite you to notify us as soon as possible here or by email and to return the item to us for a refund or an exchange.

The part I want is no longer in stock?

We are sorry that your part is no longer available. Some parts are not subject to restocking.

What size do you recommend?

To find out if your piece is large or small, you can consult the size of our model by scrolling through the product description. If you need style or size advice, contact us here : our team will be happy to guide you!

I did not receive the correct item?

If the part received does not correspond to what you ordered, we invite you to contact us immediately via Customer Service or by email, indicating the order number, photos of the part received and the the label attached to the part.

How to receive a free product?

Jubylee offers you a product from 50€ purchase. We regularly change our offer depending on our stocks and the season.
