At Jubylee, we offer free delivery in Europe, with no minimum purchase.

Each order is prepared and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends, public holidays and end-of-year holiday periods).

Standard delivery (2 to 4 working days): Free

European Union

Free standard delivery (2-8 working days) to the following countries: Austria, Germany, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czechia.

Overseas

Standard delivery at €10 to:
Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Reunion, Martinique, Mayotte, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, French Southern Territories, Wallis and Futuna, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin.

Returns and Exchanges

If an item does not suit you, you have 15 days after receipt to return it to us.

  • Returns are the responsibility of the customer, even in the case of exchange.

Return conditions

  • The item must not have been worn, washed or damaged.
  • The tag must be intact and attached.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

Size exchange

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please return your item and upon receipt, we will ship the new size.

Available sizes: S/M, M/L and one size depending on the model.

Refund

  • Carefully package the items to be returned.
  • Choose a carrier of your choice and ship your package to the address indicated below.
  • Keep the tracking number to track the return.
