At Jubylee, we offer free delivery in Europe for purchases over €50.
Each order is prepared and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends, public holidays and end-of-year holiday periods).

Standard delivery (2 to 4 working days): Free for purchases over €50.
Delivery to a relay point with Colissimo : Available
European Union
Standard delivery €9.90 (2 to 8 working days) in the following countries: Austria, Germany, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic.

Overseas
Standard delivery at €25 to: Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Reunion Island, Martinique, Mayotte, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, French Southern Territories, Wallis and Futuna.

International
Standard delivery at €20 to: Switzerland and Monaco.
Standard international delivery at €40: Australia, United Arab Emirates, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore.
Returns and Exchanges
If an item does not suit you, you have 15 days after receipt to return it to us.
- Returns are the responsibility of the customer, even in the case of exchange.
Return conditions
- The item must not have been worn, washed or damaged.
- The tag must be intact and attached.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
Size exchange
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please return your item and upon receipt, we will ship the new size.
Available sizes: S/M, M/L and one size depending on the model.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected , we will process your refund via bank transfer within a few days.
Return procedure
- Carefully package the items to be returned.
- Choose a carrier of your choice and ship your package to the address indicated below.
- Keep the tracking number to track the return.
